The blower on my 69 Firebird does not work on the highest setting and when you live in Arizona and it is 97 on March 30th you can get a little annoyed. Anyone know what the problem is. Fuse off of alternator is good as is one in fuse box. Can hear relay clicking when blower switch is moved to high. It works on all the lower speeds. Any help would be more than appreciated.

Check the 30A in-line fuse at the alternator. High blow runs separately from the lower speeds, through the thick orange wire at the back of the alternator, then through a relay. Also common for burned contacts at relay, mounted on top of AC suitcase.
