I flushed out my radiator today. I only put in about 15% antifreeze, 1 bottle of Wetter Water [from Pepboys], and the rest water. The wetter water actually works great. I saw a drop of 10 to 12 degrees from usual.

I tried Watter Wetter years ago and saw a 5 to 10 degree drop. Be prepared to have some tell you it is totally worthless. It may depend on how efficient the cooling system is in the first place.
