Do you have the Pontiac GTO Restoration Guide by Paul Zazarine & Chuck Roberts if you do the wiring schematic is on page 159 160 if you want hood tach positioning I could measure my hood tach on my car

Yes, I have the book, but I am looking for the Internal electronics schematic so I can rebuild my unit.

DC: I can get you a schematic of a '67 tach; I don't know if they are similar to yours or not.......
