Default 70 Ram Air IV motor

I found one and the guy wants a TON for it. Complete from oil pan to carb. WW coded engine and has the exhaust manifolds also. Came out of 70 Judge. Rebuilt. What is the max you would pay for this?

$6K, but that's only because I don't need one - if I needed one, it would be more.

You pegged the number, problem is I don't need it. I would love to find the original car. He put another motor in it and sold 'THE JUDGE'.

Buy the motor and find the car. It's easier than buying the car and finding to motor.

That is a lot of money, but its relative to how much money you have and how bad you want it. I would be interested in the motor for my 70. If you are not interested in buying it, would you pass it on to me? I am going to be away from my computer for a few days, going to work in Texas. Please call me at 256-572-4108(cell #). I am from Alabama and will be passing through Mississippi. I work all the time and need something like a RamAirIV to reward myself with to make the work I do worth doing! LOL! Seriously , please call me if you don't want the motor. Thanks in advance!

I will probably need a little help on the codes for carbs, intake and heads. I know it is WW and can look at the back of the block to get a date code. If anyone knows the numbers I will gladly take your help.

There was one that sold on ebay last summer needed rebuilding and was apart std bore. 70 RAIV WW code Went for $11K.

My buddy picked up a 69 RAIV WW at a garage sale for $500 last summer. Couldn't believe it! He Won't sell it to me either (yet)

That will be fun to watch tomorrow. I have contemplated selling mine since I purchased this 68 Firebird. It is an NOS service replacement cast in 72, but I was hoping to hold out for $5,000, which may be too much.
