Default Is it OK to reuse seat belt bolts?

Can the bolts be reused once they are extracted or are they a use once and replace. The threads on the ends of mine are gone.

Where do you find replacements, mine are torx with markings M2, G2, N2, X2.

thanks
JL

Jeff

There is no reason you could not reuse seat belt bolts if they are still in good shape. The threads are not designed to self destruct upon removal. But if the threads are bad then why would you even consider using them. The nut plates that the bolts screw into may also be bad if the bolts are trashed. Try Performance Years, Year One or the Goat Farm for replacement bolts.
