Default Heater core?

Hey guys, I know from experience that replacing a heater core on a 2nd gen TA is a major PITA. My question is, what am I in for on this job for a 1986 Trans Am, any easier?
Thanks!

Mike

Well, if you haven't gotten to it, it isn't as bad, but still could find a better way... you don't have to pull the dash, but being very flexible helps... you will still use the profanity handbook... It has been a long time, and I highly recommend a service manual for it, Haynes actually did pretty good on it for me...
