Please Read before posting in this forum
In an effort to improve communications and customer satisfaction with our customers, PY has created this forum as an informal 'customer satisfaction' survey so to speak. Good experiences as well as bad experiences are welcome. However, please refrain from posting when angry. We'd much rather see a post that stimulates acknowledgement and responsibility by suppliers to try and affect change and improvement of products rather than ones that make suppliers want to roll their eyes and run. We all have a social responsibility to this community to contribute in a manner that helps foster and extend our Pontiac hobby. That goes for both our Sponsors and our members.
Each member should start their own topic. If you are not the topic starter, please do not 'gang up' in the topic. If your topic is about an unresolved issue, please make sure Ames can identify you either by name, zip code, order number etc. as well as a fairly detailed description of the issue. An Ames representative will attempt to contact you by phone, PM or email. A reply in your topic by Ames may normally not be made unless and until a resolution has taken place. We would appreciate the same return courtesy from each topic starter upon a satisfactory resolution. ie; Please post your summary of how your issue was handled.
