Default headliner

Need a headliner for my 63...
Py sells headliners for the 63-4 fullsize, anyone bought one? They are the pre-made, correct? not just the material?
Also, do they come with the extra material for the sail panels, visors etc.?
Any other place that sells them?
My car's inteiror lights are in different places than other models, the pre-made headliners do not have the light cutouts right? you Just cut for what you need?
Local place can only get me one in baby blue, I need dark blue, and theyre $160

Default Grand Prix used a differnt pattern for 1964

If your car is a Grand Prix remember that they used a differnt style headliner. I think it is called whipsail and is closer to Cadillac.

Acme headliner in Long Beach, CA can probably help. Otherwise Harry Samuels I think is in Michigan and SMS in Oregon.

Mine was made by Acme headliners.

Good luck

Mine had enough material for sail panels and the visors.

Default headliner

Mine was boxed and in the car when I bought it. It had been sitting the rear seat area for more than 10 years.

When I showed it to the installer, Rauls Auto Trim, here in Ontario, CA-he could not believe it was still in excellent shape.

These things come with the hoops installed ready for the rods. Do a google search for ACME headliners in Long Beach, CA. If I have time I can call them tomorrow.

They are still there, because I was curious and found their number.

Will-

please keep the post updated as you receive it and install it. i had a restoration shop recently tell me to leave 2 items to the experts; windshield installation & headliner. but when i removed my old headliner, it sure looked pretty basic. let us know how you do with it. you are installing yourself?

thx, Scott.

haha noo, i've also heard its diffiult, so I'm leaving it to my interior guy. He said it will be cheaper for me to buy a pre-made one and have him install it, then to let him make one himself. And, my guy doesnt get the star-material... I will let you guys know the quality of it when i get it though....
