Default 4 piston caliper setup

I currently have an original 67 4 piston caliper setup mocked up on my 67 firebird and was wondering if I am going to have any problems with the calipers. I have not gotten them sleeved yet, Ive only re-sealed them. I have read that they leak for some reason and I just shelled out 200 bucks for new rotors plus some new wheels and dont want to ruin them so soon. Is there anyone that has used the setup before and had any problems with them? Are they worth it? Or should I just sell the setup and get something else?
Thanks
Derek,AZ
