96's for sure. Nitrous motors and blown engines are usually limited very quickly by exhaust. We got well over 260 cfm out of our exhaust of the round port heads and had to back them off to 70% of the intakes. The D-ports are much thinner and the center exhaust ports are worse than the outers. Welding was required to get us up to about 220. The 96's have much more casting material to make the CSA bigger in all areas.

Last time I talked to Dave(pre CNC iron head but 280 cfm hand ported iron heads) for a race motor he would pick aluminum heads hands down. As much flow out of the box and more to pick up from porting.
