I was looking through my new issue of Hot Rod and in the Test and Tune section they show that Sherman and Associates are making door shells for the 78 - 81 Lemans and Grand Am coupes, 78 - 85 Malibu and El Camino. They claim the door shells match all details of the originals and fit like the originals or better. Priced at $512.99.

These fit Malibu cars too. Haven't heard about quality yet.
