Can't remember on the 67, but there's only three different kinds that I know of:
(1) stick and twist
(2) grap and growl
(3) permanent part of housing

If it goes in and out that would make it a number 1.

I think you will have to cut it out and then get creative.

None of the above, after some research, the wire comes out with a little oil and the rubber cup also came right out, Back- up lite is now painted and ready to reinstall.

are going into a Fiberglass Bumper, im told i need to run a second wire to a ground to make em work, I guess i need to ask, does it matter where to hook the wire to on the housing or does it have to be at a certain place??

If the socket is still making good contact with the housing, a ground wire between a mounting screw and body/frame will work.
If the sockets NOT making good contact with the housing, soldering a wire to the outside of the socket will work. OR solder the socket to the housing. Either of these last two will require gutting the socket again and possibly having to repaint.

Depending on how the light mounts, you might need a longer screw so you can put a nut on the back side to hold a ring terminal.

Hopefully the socket is still making good contact.
