Default Headlight issue - '71 GTO

1st issue. Headlights work but parking lights dont. However, the TURN SIGNAL ( flashing parking light) works, and HAZZARDS ( both parking lights flashing) work as well. The parking lights just don't light on their own when the headlights are turned on.......

2nd issue. When switching to high beam, the Left headlight dims, while the passenger side goes to the high beam.

Any input would be appreciated!

First issue: Turn signal and hazzard are NOT flashing parking lights.
Got to remember that you're working with dual element bulbs. 1157 bulbs have a bright and a dim element. On the rear bright is turn/brake and hazzard. Front bright is turn and hazzard. Dim is parking lights/tail lights front and rear.
Tail/park has a seperate fuse from brake, turn, and hazzard, so check the fuse first. If the fuse is good you'll have to check for power reaching the head light switch and power coming out of it with lights on.
Headlight switch has two power wires, one for head lights and the one for parking lights. So one working doesn't mean the other will.
It is possible but not likely that all the bulbs are blown, especially if they all had been working.
To do list: check fuse, headlight switch for power in and out, power reaching bulbs, and for blown bulbs. Fuse first, then no perticular order on the rest.

Headlights: If the intensity change is the same as high and low on the other side but just reversed, it sounds like some wires have gotten swapped around. May need some more info on that.
