Default Adding reverse light switch to '70 GTO

My problem is that I can't use the factory reverse light switch 'cos I've got headers. Is the kit PY has available the way to go?

If you're not worried about originality you could wire them to a toggle switch. We used to do it just to mess with cars behind us at night.

Twisting the lower collar on the steering column by hand still works the factory switch. If the cars manual shift, full left, CCW, is backup lights and the positon the collar has to be in for the switch to turn back to lock. Just have to remember to cut the lights off, turn the collar, before you go driving.
Not familiar with our host kit. Most after market shifter mount switches are.....kind of 'simple'.
