Default Busy year

Hey guys whats up just thought I'd show off some of the projects I've gotten done this year. Decided in January to re-do my 63 Parisienne, fix up some body work and give it a better paint job. The result was a custom mixed pearl white body, and a custom mixed roof color using House of Kolor ice pearl in the clear. Looks pretty cool I think. Got that finished up and back together this spring, new exhaust and a few other details I never did the first time like window tint etc. Then after finishing it, I got back to work on my 63 Bonneville, and just finished spraying it last night. Color is a Dodge red with a little bit of a custom touch to it as well. Disc brakes up front, ion wheels, should be a cool looking car when she's done. Let me know what you think!

Both look great! that red looks close to that new cadillac color that a few guys have used.

I just noticed the very bonneville like side trim on the parisienne, didn't know they came with that.

Looking good.

I have some work to do, but I need to knock some stuff off of the honey-do list first. I did get both the 63 and 64 running last week, but that is as far as I have gotten so far.

Nice work. Looks like that Bonny just fit in your booth. By the way, I am way jealous of anyone with access to a booth. It is one of many things I miss since moving into "the city".

thanks guys. Yes, access to the paint booths is a definate benefit to working in the autobody trade. Did the body on my Parisienne for free, (traded labor for materials with the boss) and the bonneville paint and body, i'll be into for about $1500 including all my filler/primer/base/clear etc. They're not perfect but they are nice drivers.
