I have 255/70/15 on the rear mounted on an 8" re-pop Rally 1, and 225/70/15 on the front mounted on 7" re-pop Rally 1.

I have a 1/4" spacer between the drum and wheel on the rear to keep from rubbing the frame.

Here's a picture:

No rubbing issues on the front.

I'm not sure about the backspacing, but they are the same Rally 1 re-pops available through PY. Maybe they can help or someone else who has them can chime in. I'd measure it for you, but my car is put away for winter.
