Default looking for turn key engine package....

I've looked at Tuff Dawg on ebay, not too impressed

I've also looked at Kaufmann Racing Engines but I'm still waiting for their catalog

Any suggestions?

Based on your location designation, I assume you're not in Virginia (right to work state); but in case you're close- Jim Lehart (Mr. Pbody) Central Virginia Machine Service runs a full service shop. If you have access to Jim Hand's book, "How to Build Max Performance Pontiac V-8's", you will see several of Jim's builds in the back:

Ditto on Ken's Speed and Machine. He's built a few killer motors for me.
Picked up a street/strip motor fresh off his test stand; took it home and dropped it in one of my Ponchos; drove it to the strip that night, raced it, and drove it home.
Can't get more turn key than that.

Jim

If near SE Pa., Martyn Motors in Morrisville , PA. They build everything including a large number of Pontiacs. Been in business since the 1940's and are a full service machine shop, crankshafts including cast iron welding/grinding, balancing, aluminum repair, you name it. Honest and stand behind their work.

SD Performance is whom I would highly reccomend as well from first hand experience. Outstanding custormer service and advice. Call them and discuss your intentions, you will not be disapointed.

There are a lot of terrific engine builders on this site and several will help you out with a quality power plant, continue your homework and call each of them and discuss your intent.
