Default '67 GTO Steering column re-install

I've had my steering column out for a while and I'm ready to get it back in. The thing is, I can't for the life of me remember where that wedge shaped piece goes. Any ideas?

there are 3 bolts/nuts that hold up the column, 2 across from each other closest to the steering wheel and one closest to the firewall.
the wedge goes on the mounting bolt closest to the firewall

Question "capsules"

Were did you get that term from?
I've always called them what they are, Wedges.

I don't remember...read it somewhere. There is the wedge, and the sliding capsules.
