Default builder needed

I have a 68 OHC Sprint engine that I want to have rebuilt/restored to put in my 67 FB Sprint 4 speed. I am looking for someone with the experience and knowledge to do ALL the work. Engine has original manifold, carb, accessories. Basically, I crate and ship, the builder does the rebuild/paint etc, does the dyno test and sends back. Who have you used? I am on the east coast. Anyone around like that?

reco Paul ( Spottsperformance.com) for the OHC-6. I know my way around that motor (done two) but not set up for it., and have strong opinions of upgrading the points dizzy to breakerless.
