I took mine to the local unemployment office.
They tore the hell out of it.
seems people 50yrs and up have to hide there age.
example.....I graduated high school in 1976,they suggested to leave out the date and just put graduated high school.
I'm to young to retire;o(

I paid a service a few hundred bucks years ago. Then my local unemployment fixed it and my responses went up tremendously.

I had mine "overhauled" by a former manager of mine that moved onto another company. Being he was in the career field and reviewed many resumes when making hiring decisions, I mfelt he had the expertise. The results were awesome. I thought I had a good resume/cover letter to beging with. His version stressed my strengths and experience - made it look to be written by a professional service.
