Chassis/Cage certified to what ET; expiration date? Typical ETs with this combo? Thanks - K

any thoughts as to selling as roller, no motor, no trans? does it have a reg or title it could be registered in another state with?
13/4 rollbar is mild steel correct? weight of car wo diver?
