Judging from his picture, it looks like he loves more than shine. Most of those boys are horticulturalists as well.
According to court records he was arrested for public swearing and intoxication (Misdemeanor) - hearing date 4/10. There are no records of prior arrests in Danville but he does have some DMV related stuff out in the County which he was found not guilty on. Practically a neighbor.
