Default Early (pre-65) Aluminum Tri-Power intake

Saw this...... looks like a low-rise aluminum tri-power. Seller claims it is a prototype but there are no part numbers. Water neck would sit directly under the front bowl. Anyone seen one before?

Looks to me like it is a lot shorter and would not be as good as the factory iron one.
