Default Polyglas GT F60-15

just got my new Goodyear polyglas tires (thanks SmallHurst), thought you guys would like to see an original tire next to the new one. looks like the new tire has larger text other than that they are a perfect match.

Kelsey shipped 5 to my door in Tennessee 06/01/11 for $1250 + $130.11 shipping. A nice lady named Peggy took the call, knew exactly what I wanted and I had them in 3 days. Kelsey is on it.

There's a real wow factor to the old Goodyear Polyglas GT's.

Agree, Kelsey is on the ball with the reproductions.

Peggy is no longer there, but Mike and Cindy are.

Shipping is a changing animal. I try to work it so that everyone is taken care of for the best price possible.

AFAIK, Kelsey is simply the distributor, my two sets of G60x15 Polyplas both had Akron, OH on the tire labels as the point of Manufacture.

As you probably know, Akron OH is Goodyear Tire's home city.

Anyway, I agree that the Kelsey folks take care of business. Good people!

Kelsey is the exclusive distributor, the tires are actually made in PA in the old McCreary tire facility.

The tire labels show Goodyear's home address. These tires are not made by Goodyear, but Goodyear does supply technical knowledge and expertise on this endeavor. They are a licensed product.

All of the Goodyear reproductions are 'Made in the U.S.A.'

There's just something about those square-ish old Polyglas tires that just look right on a Trans Am. They ride harsher & don't track as well at freeway speeds, but the look makes it.

I had wide ovals on my 72. I didn't like the way they looked so I went with the polyglas. Made a huge difference in how the car looked. I agree that square Tire just looks right and really fits the wheel wells nice
