Default '58 Chrylser PS pump interchange

The PS pump in my 58 Saratoga 354 polyhead shot craps. Can't find a listing for it direct anywhere, but I'm sure the basic pump itself (minus reservoir and pressed on pulley) was used well beyond 1958, just not sure how long. Any idea up to what other Dodge\Chrysler\Plymouth year and model will work?

I see they offer a $40 rebuild service as well, but I dislike the idea of shipping out my only core pump, and having no idea how long it takes.
Instead I just ordered a rebuilt pump for 62 Plymouth Fury. It comes without reservoir or pulley, but I can reuse mine...finally bought a pulley removal tool.

Foiled again! Rockauto sent an email, after I ordered and paid, saying: Part not available. Grrr...
I'm looking for Cardone #20-122 or Lares #2003 if anyone has any leads.

Thanks for the link Salem, unfortunately I've been down that road already. Apparently no major US auto parts chain has it in stock. I ordered one from Summit that is the 60's style, but it is missing one mounting bolt hole that the late 50's style pump has...and needs to have for the brackets my Saratoga uses. Hopefully I can still make it work, will find out later this week!

With a little "Red Green" engineering, was able to make a 1960's style mopar PS pump work with the 1958 brackets. But it also required I swap in a press-on Saginaw pump pulley, since that newer mopar pump had a smaller shaft than the 58 pump. And had to change the pressure hose to a bubble flare at the pump, from inverted flare. Some hassles for sure, but she steers smooth once again now.

+ 2 on bennyb@frontiernet.net

He is my uncle and knows these cars better then the back of his hand. He would be able to tell you what others may fit. We just replaced a pump on a 59 Plymouth sports fury convertible.

I for one wouldn't mind if you posted a picture or two of a 58 Saratoga 354 polyhead.

Ha, you asked for it! She's no looker, but runs really well and now steers nearly effortlessly! I pulled this old mopar out of farmer's field in 2003 for $150, but it took considerably more funds to make it drivable again. I have done zero bodywork, except rebuild driver's side floor and a quick respray of all the white paint, that had turned Indian red with surface rust. I'll take a complete engine pic later, cant find one at that moment. This one was during a timing chain R&R.

Cool ride, valve covers look like the old Chevy 409 engine.

I hope that "cap" has a tiny vent hole in it.
