What a survivor. I wonder what it will bring?

The owner is , or was , a PY member.
i remember them telling of the back history and color combo before on here - somewhere.

Couldn't see any pics on ebay and can't do Pbucket stuff, but it sounds like a very interesting car. Thanks for calling our attention to it.

Looks like a good one to clean up and drive as-is.

Hey thanks for bringing attention to my cars. I hate to sell them but I have two daughters in college and I haven't driven them in years. My father sold the 68 new at his Pontiac dealership.

Thanks for chiming in Ram Air I
i couldn't recall your screen name from the past, but remembered some of the description about your 68.

And i found some neat 69 documents you shared with us in the past with Hardin Motors letterhead from your Dad's dealership.

Any Damn Color ! lol

I predict the 65 will bid higher than the 68 - but its probably going to be close either way.
Killer Cars and i'd like to have them both.
i would sell the daughters instead ... but thats just me .

If you had known my father you really appreciate the comment. He was something else. Always knew what he wanted and got it most of the time.

The car came with deluxe hubcaps as the rally's were on hold (according to the original owner). I never could get him to tell if it was rally I or the II's that he wanted. I am not sure he understood when I was asking that that were 2 different ones. I also like the look of the I's on a 68 that's why I put them on. Something you dont see alll the time.

i guess that is a .pdf file ?
all file sizes have a 300kb limit on the attachment loader.

The Boss could probably handle getting it uploaded if you emailed it to him.
My internet is too slow to deal with larger files.
Perhaps he will PM you about it if he is able. hint hint

Could also do screenshot segments of the page(s) and make them .jpg file like a picture and load them.

Last night before bed, noticed more people had hit the like button ($) on the 68 , than the 65.

Here's a link to the information for Hardin Pontiac:

Hardin Pontiac

If wanted I may be able to convert to a pdf or something.
But this was easier for me since it was in excel file.

Thanks, Ram Air I !

Glad everyone likes it. I have been meaning to share for a long time. Lots of weird combos (and dont forget 3 69 TA's). I like the carousel with parchment vinyl and parchment interior. Triple black one had to be good looking also. I have the orders for all of the 69's and I think none of the 70's. Need to go look again. Some have names on the orders however, I am under the impression he would order cars as sold with a customer name to get it faster. I'm sure that could not be done all the time but I think sometimes it was.

What I find very interesting is 12 of the 18 total Ram Air cars he sold in 1969 had vinyl tops! Two of the Judges were pattern cars so really 12 of 16 were vinyl top equipped.

It is a known fact that the vinyl top was the highest profit option for Pontiac (and dealers) so your Dad must have really known his stuff to be able to up sell that many vinyl tops!

Very cool info, Thanks for sharing.
