Default Post your music jams or those of your friends

The guy on the left is a friend of mine. Says he has to pay attention when playing with the guy on the right.

That was really cool! Mad props to anyone who can solo so cleanly on an acoustic!

Here's a couple from a band I played in, up until early summer 2013. It was fun, but there was always conflict with different views on what it meant to "bring your A-game". It sucks when you learn to play something with technical complexity and other parts of the band never practice!

Note the Trans Am logo shirt on the guitar player (me). Represent!

Music be fun. There are few things in life to compare with the rush of playing some bad-as$ rock in front of a crowd. I can only think of a few - one involves driving really fast, and another is x-rated.

I did this demo of a Marshall Class 5 amp several years ago, playing along to a live version of Zep's Immigrant Song that had Pagey's guitar dropped out.

That was way cool. I am not a huge Zep fan, but I was held captive all the way through it.

Stripped backing tracks are a lot of fun to play with. You don't have to worry about a dip**** bandmate messing up, or showing up late!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. So true about backing tracks. Never have to worry about band mates getting bored or not showing up for rehearsal.
