64 No running lights when headlights on
When I turn just the running lights on they work fine. When I pull knob all the way for headlights the running lights go off. The high beams work fine. Rear turn signals work but are weak. Front turn signals do not blink in any mode. All three lamps in the tail on both sides light up bright when the brakes are applied but are weak when headlights are on. when the brakes are applied the 2 idiot lights come on as well. Any thoughts?

Normal operation for the park lamps to go off when headlights are on. Can be modified really easy to change that.
Sounds like you have some grounding troubles you will have to remedy to get your lights working correctly, remember the grounding side is half of the circuit for proper current flow. |

All indications of a ground issue. Check ALL of them starting with the front headlights. I dont know 64's but there should be ground wires coming out of the harness to the Core Support area. Check the tail light grounds too while you are at it.

Sounds like you have a bad dimmer switch if both low beams are not working. Try unplugging the switch and jump the low beam circuits to the power feed wire.
