Default Heres some Info if your putting HEI in a 67

If your getting an HEI wireharness for your 67 ( I put one in my 67 Firebird 400 from Autowire) here is a list of what and where they go

Yellow wire and pink wire connected with a snap on end goes to BAT side of Dist Cap

Solid Green is Water Temp

Solid Blue is Oil Pressure

Solid Black (with circlular rubber connector) to Transmission Kickdown

Black with Brown Stripe to Heater

Purple wire to S on Starter
Yellow to R on starter

Black with yellow stripe is power to carb for Kickdown
Solid dark brown (looks black) to trans kickdown also on Carb

Hope this helps someone out.

Excellent info Badss.
The black with yellow is for the kickdown as you mentioned.Itis a splice in with the power for the windshield wipers. I used the black/yellow wire for my electric choke power when I converted it on my quadrajet.
Good info BadSS. Thanks for posting.
