How are the tail lights supposed to work on a 67 Grand Prix? Are all three bulbs on each side supposed to light for brake lights, turn signals, and when the head lights are on?

Look to see if all three sockets have the same wires.

The inner bulbs on both sides only have one wire to their sockets. All three bulbs come on when the headlights are on. The two outer ones on each side come on with the brakes applied and also as turn signals.
