Ron, You and I are on the same page with this build. I love the scoop, Dual Gate, and making it the GTO's Big Brother. I plan to do one of these at some point and already have the scoop and some of the other parts as you do. My thoughts would be to add air ride, Functional GTO scoop with ram air pan, dual gate, maybe 17" rims of some sort, upgrade suspension from Ram Air, lower 66 2+2 trim, disc brakes all the way around and whatever else I simply feel like doing. I look forward to seeing this when it is done!!!
