Any good muffler fab shop should be able to replace just the rear portion of the pipe and give you the look you want.

Looking at the pictures you posted earlier, it looks like the '69 style tips might work just fine. The original style repros are 2 1/4" and Pypes makes a 2 1/2" version- make sure to get the ones that fit your pipes.

I doubt the original style is long enough. I will snag some chrome turn downs likely. I like the look of them on the pictures posted here
