Doug, the radiator is a swap meet special designed to fit a big block '68 Nova. It fit pretty well and measured just under 19" x 26". My other car uses a Griffin universal fit 19x26 but required a little triming of the radiator support and lowering the bottom mounts to fit. Both have driver side top inlet hose application and require modifying the shroud.
The junction block is stock to the 63 v8 cars. The junction block wiring schematic is on page 11-4, figure 11-3, of the 63 Tempest Chassis shop manual. Most of the blocks I have found are cracked on one of the mounting ears. If you find a good one, get it.

Hey Jerry; Did you see the video of my blower motor in the race section.
It's under new power plant. Just to let you know.

GT.

Default Blower engine

GT, your engine looks mean and sounds "over the top". It should provide a driving experience in your Trans Am when you hammer it! Nice video by Todd, too. Looks like the cold weather hasn't slowed you down.
My engine is on the homemade test stand waiting to be started and broken in as soon as we get a little warmer temperatures. I ran across a guy on facebook that has the same blower set up on his Pontiac, so have been getting tune up info from him. Then it is going into the hot rod Tempest.

Default just about ready

The 63 hot rod is just about ready to hit the street again. It has been an adventure changing from a 400 ci D-port engine to a 462 ci O-port engine. The biggest change was exhaust and oil pan interference. Gave up on expensive headers and went with RARE ram air exhaust manifolds. The 2.5" outlet ones required a couple notches in the crossmember, but fit nicely every where else. Also installed a Tempest Guys direct fit radiator that is good for cooling over 600hp.

Default xmember notches for RARE 2.5" manifolds

The only area that really needed notched was at the bottom of the cross member where the side and bottom meet on the driver side. The engine has to be postioned as far back as the motor mounts and tranny cross member allow. I even added some space with a die grinder at the back of the crossmember/engine mount slots. Hope this helps.

Yep basically the same. It shifts so nice now. Loud as hell with engine alone never mind the whine of gears on top of it. Love it. Gonna take it to track in spring for sure.

Default Looks Great

Tom, The garage find looks smooth and bright. You will have quite the looker when it is assembled. The color is one I don't see very often and is original to the car. Like the 3 speed manual/195 ci combo.

The real unusual part is the lady ordered the very cheapest no frill body but put the deluxe bench seat interior with a padded dash and deluxe clear wheel in the car. Also had a all transistor AM push button radio.Much diff from any other 63 tempest radio I have ever seen.Tom

More of a "mirror finish" than a '63 had when it was new!
