2-piece billets, not a bad price for the 4 and shipping is free.
I have a set of the 17" x 9 before they were discontinued over the 18"'s.
I prefer more rubber between the rim and the road.

$2195 for a set of 4 billet 18" aluminum wheels in the style you want with custom backspacing included delivered to your door = a bargain.

Here's the link- http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-PROWHEELS...FWNAMQ&vxp=mtr

My opinion, as if anyone asked for it , is that the 17" cast snowflakes look a thousand times better!

Default The 17" cast wheels

The 17" cast wheels are ok but I need a deep dish for the rears and different offsets , and also /7" drag radials are very hard to come buy with a tall tire , the eBay billet wheels look like a super nice wheel and a good price but I don't want to be the first one to get um

18" billets have a smooth lip while the 17's on the t/a are "stepped".

What motivates the change to bigger rims?
Is the change from 15 x 7" to 18" rims done for just improved handling, or just the looks?

Modern rubber technology and tire selection is huge. The best you can do on 15" rims is a BFG T/A and that's 30 year old technology. Just going from a 15" wheels and BFG TA's to 18" Nitto555s was a huge improvement in both ride and handling for me and 555s are actually "old tech" at this point. I'm stepping up to Bridgestone RE71R's this spring on the GTO.

Modern braking. You're not fitting a 13" brake behind a 15" rim.

Looks are always subjective but IMO 17, 18 and 19" wheels look at home on these cars.

i agree 17 & 18" tires are far better than 15" but, the 15" bfg is not "the best you can do" for 15" tires, there are a few newer tires offered in 15" size with better tread design & higher speed ratings. one that is a great value & has the same solid white letter looks of a bfg is the mickey thompson s/t radial.

for the price those ebay billet snowflakes look like a very nice rim & half the price of year ones.
