I have one but I don't know what model it is. What do you mean by "complete" ? I don't have any of the linkage for it if that is what you are referring to.

What do you mean exactly by complete ? I do have one, but do you need the rods and levers too ? If so, what type/brand of transmission ?

It is bolted to a Muncie. It has all the rods/linkage and a universal mounting bracket for different transmissions. Like I said it works good.
