Definitely that white turd spent a lot of it's life next to the coast. It has all of the upper panel rot consistent with salt air exposure.

If that third car is a Grand Prix, it's had the grille, bumper and header panel replaced.

I was going to say ... even burnt to a crisp, some of the parts are probably salvageable, and of course OEM replacements, if even available would be extremely expensive. Looks like there are turbo parts there, probably the only thing usable would be exhaust parts, the rest are going to be very "annealed" by the heat. But heck, if a replacement shaft or something is like $1500, could probably salvage a burnt one and have it heat treated for a faction of the cost.
