Default Illinois Trans Transmission Shops, Who's Any Good?

So my trans guy, Jimmy Trans, has moved up near Union Grove Race Track. I'm near Buffalo Grove but am having issues finding someone to do work on the TH400. Finish Line in Wooddale had never answered or returned my calls and Proformance Racing Transmission in Woodstock has the same issue. WTH.

Anyone have a shop that is good, answers the phone and takes people's money in exchange for work? LOL

Bowler transmission in Lawrenceville Ill. builds hi-po trannys. Might be a little too far south for you though.

Thanks guys, just for future reference Finish Line in Woodale only does rebuilds out of the car and the same for Bruno around Addison.

I'll look into Atomic and report back.

I Took Mine out and brought it to Atomic, but my buddy took his 65 Grandprix over their and they only charged a $100 more to pull and put it back in. Had I know that I would of let them do it. That was about two years ago.

Atomic has been a disaster, my cars shifting is still a lame turd and they never took any time to fix their work. I eventually bought the parts and they still won't return calls or get me in to fix it.
