1962 - 1963 swing arms
Are the rear swing arms interchangeable between 1962 and 1963 cars? I have a 1962 wagon and IndianTony has swingarms from a 1963. Will they work?
Thanks, Greg

63 arms are different. I think slightly longer.

61 & 62 swing arms are mounted to the rear cross member & pivot off of it. The 63 arms are mounted to the differential & the body. They are not interchangeable. Contact Steve Barcak. He will have a serviceable set of 61-62 arms. 480-899-7873

I contacted Steve (in AZ) and he has what I am looking for, but may not be able to get to it for a while. Well, my transaxle is not in great shape and in need of a rebuild. Sooooo, next question, can a 63 complete suspension and trans be bolted into a 1962 wagon?
OK, next question
