Default 50th Birthday

I'm trying to find out the correct day for my 69 Conv turning 50 years old. Data plate is 11 D. PHS docs has date shipped 12-5-68 date of note 12-9-68 date of execution 12-5-68 and interest from 12-24-68. I do not have the POP and not sure how to tell if there is an exact date. Thanks, Marc.

I would say a cars true birthday is the day it was delivered into the hands of it's first owner ... just like a human

I would say its B-Day is the ship date on the phs due to it leaving the womb (aka factory). After all thats when it was completed and ready to rip. Cheers

I think you're trying to get her drunk so you can take advantage.

I use the Invoice date as the birthdate of my car. 50th was back on May 27th of this year. I use the week code on the cowl tag as the conception date.

Come to think of it ... do we know who the mother and father of the GTO was?

John DeLorean was involved. Maybe a donor?

After reading all the replies and thinking. Has anyone tried to search to get the original POP. Was wondering if there was someone who knows how to get old information. I bought this conv. When I lived in Brooklyn NY. The car was in Whitestone Queens. I might as well add looking for the numbers matching WT motor too. Thanks, Marc.
