Default What Are These ??

These 2 items are from the bucket seat in my '66 LeMans. I was a wise guy and thought I'd remember how they were attached without having to bag and identify them. Hope that's a lesson to those of you reading this .
Anyway I'd appreciate any help in identifying how these attach. For the life of me I don't even see them on the seat I didn't take apart.
Anyway, any help would be appreciated.
You all have a good day, trshman

to elaborate a little, the round holes with the teeth marks are to the outside of the hinge (bolt goes through this bracket, then the hinge from the upper into the lower half of the seat) The oval holes are for the crimp rings to hold the upholstery on so they'd be hidden with only the upper angle showing on a seat that's not disassembled.

Thanks guys. I was wondering why I couldn't see them on the other seat. A recent hip replacement reduces my ability to get into every position. Thanks to you both for your help. You all have a good day.
