Does anyone have an ididit column?
On my Tempest there was a collar with the factory column that made a full loop around the neck of the column. Now that I have the column installed and have it adjusted where I THINK it’s supposed to be the fat part of the column keeps the lower bracket from attaching the dash. Even pulled out some the trim won’t fit around the column correctly. You can’t see it because it’s under the dash. The column is mounted and secure so it’s purely aesthetic. Should I worry about this or not

I have a 65 with the ididit,I used the plastic 1 piece filler that goes around the column to the dash
