BDS intake on Wideport head?
Has anyone used a BDS blower intake on an Edelbrock Wideport head?

I’m not sure a BDS intake will word on wide ports!

I either need a Blower top for my Gutsram or modify my BDS...I was going to run a pro charger originally but I am now thinking I want to run my Roots Blower on Alcohol on the 535 we are putting together...

Put a blower top on a Gutsram. I think you'll be happier in the long run. Way more room for things and much better air flow. Jim

I'm also a strong believer in hat and port injection (both). The port injectors are easy on a Gutsram and I believe they're essential to a good safe tune that will prolong engine life. I also run EGTs in all eight cylinders to monitor cylinder tune. Jim

KRE massaged my BDS intake a lot to fit my HP heads.

Looks a bit like my modded Offy 360 manifold, siamesed runners, are they open like this from standard or did KRE cut the divider walls out?

Well there kind of a spacer....the BDS intake (or at least mine) wasn't wide enough with the HP heads so they made the spacers, been working OK but there is only so much meat on the BDS intake to grind away. The intake is good enough for 7.90's at 171 in a 3,200 lbs car in 85 degree temps!
