Wilwood Dynalite front drag hub fit Rally 2s also?
Anyone try putting stock 15x7 rally 2s on these hubs? I am looking to purchase the kit and need to swap between weld skinnies and rally 2s for drag week. There is a radius at the register and a taper on the hub. Not enough dimensions to gauge if it will fit or not.

What size disc? The 10.75 or 12?

10.75. says it fits with 15 inch rims but i'm worried about the hub part... where the od of the hub is 3.21 inches and sticks way out compared to a stock hub that is just flat.
OE Hub Offset: -.12 (Increase / Decrease Track Width) Spindle Type: Drop Spindle Factory Disc Spindle Factory Drum Spindle Mount Type: Lug Caliper Type: 4 - Type III Ano Rotor Diameter: 10.75 Min Wheel Diameter Req'd*: 15

I use the Wilwood front brake kit p/n 140-8582 on my Trans Am.
The rotors are 12.19" diameter. Wheels are Vintage Wheel Works Vintage 45 that are 15" x 7" / 3-7/8" back space. https://www.wilwood.com/brakekits/Br...mno=140-8582-D .

Measured an HW code 15x7" Rally II wheel, one of the two most common OEM versions.
The distance from the wheel mtg flange of the wheel to the inside of the center cap mtg area is 2 7/8". That cylindrical area under the center cap is 2.5" in diameter. Looking at the above diagram, I'm going to bet the Wilwood rotor will fit. The only point, im seeing that there could be interference, is along the cone shaped casting of the rotor, under an inch from the wheel mtg flange. Can measure more if you like.

Thanks guys I am going for it. I will report back here on the fit. I will also get some .25" spacers just in case the tapers are a little off and need more clearance.

I can't help with the fitment of the Wilwood hub and Rally II's, but is the 140-14417 kit the one you are considering? The description says it's for cars up to 2400 lbs with rear drums or 2800 lbs with rear disc.

Hey Greg, no actually going with the 140-10996-D, the hubs are similar. Thanks though for pointing that out. Don't want anything unsafe. This one still gives about 20lb weight save per wheel per wilwood.

Whew! I thought I could hear those skinny rotors screaming for mercy already! I'm pretty sure the kit you're getting is the same kit I went with except I went with the plain rotors. The car stops good even though the brakes are manual and still drums on the rear. Only complication on the install was I had to drill and tap my anchor pin hole from 1/2 to 5/8. Also, my kit came with some 1/4" spacers.

It’s a tight fit on 15” rims. If you balance the rim with stick on weights positioning matters.
