I am planning on being there. I have missed the last couple of weekend drives due to weather. Right now it looks to be good this coming week. Glad to hear there will be a snack truck and some drinks. A weak point in shows of the past. 442, if you get a chance stop by and say 'hey'. I will be in the black 77 t/a. I think I may have met you in the past but not completely sure.

We be more like a snack and drink table/ booth. Almost impossible to get a food truck for the event as deemed too small for most. Or they are booked already a year ago. Last year I got an ice cream truck to come do 2 loops by the show and they said they did not have enough sales to come back this year. So usually best to get a local organization to do some snack food and drinks, so that's what we did this year.
TAKerry we did meet last year, but will try to swing by and say Hi again. Look forward to seeing you and your 77 again! |

Would love to see the Hurst SSJ, only seen them in print. Unfortunately I have been sick for the last 4 days and still feel like crap. Not gonna make the trip this year. Big dissapointment as I look forward to this show every year. I guess theres always next year and by then I may be bringing my TATA!
Hope you guys there stay in the shade and have a Great Day! |

Hey Gary, what's up with the GTO?
I just got mine back on the road this week. Tom McLaughin in Gibbstown rebuilt my tranny. He tore it down while I was there and showed me all my issues with it. He is a great guy and knows Muncies inside and out. With a new flywheel, clutch kit, driveshaft and heavy duty trans yoke with 1350 u joints and new 1350 to 1310 in the rear, It's like a completely different car. Dave |

Couple pics of the Hurst SSJ, neat car! Not a Pontiac, but won Best of Show, was the unexpected and recently restored and original Smother Brothers Oldsmobile Cutlass W-31 race car! Was a crowd favorite especially when running through open headers! Will get more pics soon.
