My 67 H.O. four speed GTO came factory w/ red liners and the original color was Montego Cream, black interior. Looked very complimentary with the liners, repainted the car white in 1976 and the liners looked even better. Big fan of them with a complimenting exterior color. Rally I wheels for about 15 years then w/ HURST for the next 15.

A few years back I was able to find a set of these wheelcovers, then later found a nos set on ebay that cost more than I paid for the car. I eyeballed them for what must have been a year, and finally pulled the trigger. Im on my 3rd Ram Air foam. For a while I ran just air cleaners and no ram air pan then i went back to it in 2022

You did an absolutely fantastic job on that car Andre and one of the best restoration threads that I can recall on this site.

Since those pictures, I have gone back to the optional wood shifter knob that was on the build sheet for this car.

My '66 has that on the PHS also, along with the 'wood' sport wheel. Both missing when I got it.
I believe this is the one.. . https://www.opgi.com/product/image/O...ut-g240261.jpg

The first wood knob I had was slim, this one is a bit more round
