AC box removal
Can it be removed without taking off the Inner Fender.
I’ve removed them before but always had the car stripped to the fire wall

No. Must remove all bolts holding inner fender and at least move it some to gain access to the A/C box mounting stud s that are furthest to the outside.

When you do remove the suitcase off of the firewall. What do you guys do w/ the interior vents?
If you put standard/non-AC kickpanels - do they work? (the kickpanel w/ two pull handles for outside air) |

Different topic, are you simply trying to convert an AC car to non-AC style? Many parts are specific, but you can swap kick panels with the pull cables and doors if you can get the full set up. Remove the cowl door or ignore, or leave hooked up with vacuum for recirculate if you keep the AC controls without the AC setup. Or keep existing kickpanels and ignore.

What else needs to be done when swapping the AC/non-vented kickpanels to non-AC vented kickpanels?? |

Have you looked at a heat only kick panel? Simply has a cable operated door to allow air or not. No need to remove the AC set-up to have no AC. Of course you my want to replace the AC case with a delete cover if cleaning up engine bay since different firewalls. Heater box under dash is also different but won't matter for this.
