69 GTO 3:90 posi rear end restored
For sale is a fully restored 69 GTO 3:90 posi rear end. I bought this for my project 65 GTO but ended up not using it because it is too long for the 65 body and would give me tire to quarter panel fitment issues. The housing was blasted and refinished as it was when it came from the factory. It has all new internals. It has all new brake drums and hardware. It is a nodular case with a large 'N' on it. The part number is 9793235 and the date code is F229. I cannot find the stamped number on it but I will look again. There is some minor pitting but overall this looks very nice. It has never been installed/used since it was restored. This assy is ready to be bolted into your car. Local pick up only. $1300. Pics available Monday.
