Default Spark plug recommendation

What spark plug would I use in a set of 6X-4 heads that are on a 455? Compression is probably around 9.5:1. It has headers, a/c, automatic trans and the cam is the Butler 068 roller equivalent.

I just put a set of Autolite 85’s in a 10.00.1 400 with 16 heads . One step hotter than the R43 delcos it had . They are Chicom but what isn’t ?

The original plug for a 73 SD 455 was a 44ts , so I would go with the R version of this number.
