I hope it does get done, but you can count me in the 99.95% on this one, while I will spend $$$ on cars, I am not willing to spend $2000.00 to $3000.00 on a repo Ram Air system that is really just for show, I would not even spend that much on the 65-72 Systems. Dubious actual benafit, and only really good for a Show car, and my cars are not show cars, sorry. Just my worthless cheap opinion.

But I can say that I like the looks of the system, just I will spend my $$$ on other areas of the car.

Default 73 Ram Air

Working on it. Need to add solenoid area, cable boss, hinge and a few other things. Will make one soon. Took about5 hours within 3 days to get it this far.

Nice CAD. Are you the guy I sent the pics and measurements of Phil's system? What material and molding method will you be employing?

Thank you Brian.
Just measurements under the hood, pictures and good ol'e Imagination.
The 1st piece will be Fiberglass layered for test fit and a mold will be made to form that.
20 bucks for the materials at Drug Mart and another 20 from Pat Catans.

Hey, Rick...check it out...here come the 73-77 A-body tire kickers (LOL).

When I get an opportunity in the coming 2 weeks, I'll post the pics I took of Phil's ram air lid with measurements to help anyone that wants to make their own.

Well I think the air intake plenum layer is done. I know a person near me that is not on the site that would like two of these.

It is part of the air cleaner assembley. I have the sections in different layers to work with them idividually and when conpleted I will join the parts to one solid.
I posted a picture above/below what I started with and will give you a better idea.

I have a license for Cadkey. I do not think they are in buisness anymore. It does everthing like modeling and stuff. It just does not export machine code. Not a cam system.
