... Um that is certainly not the case, Robins blue car had a Chubby thing in it when he bought it, and then installed the 481X, but like always you state your opinion as facts ...

Will Fulton be at Norwalk or will he still be waiting on a converter?

I do plan on going to a few heads up races on the East coast.
... You seriously think the majority on this forum look at what you've been doing for the last 10yrs now in CV-1 threads as a contribution Jack ?? ...

Who needs BES ? Marcella, Gabby, Barton, IA2s, MR1s,billet Visners, Tigers, ect.
Those guys wasted a lot of money. Can't help but think all they had to do was call up your friendly auto parts dealer and get as cast,as cast and a block out of a 72 Catalina station wagon and BAM, 7s...................
Who knew ??
The world is changing and changing fast. I gots me some thinking to do.

... LMAO, it just kills you that Arnie's CV-1 car runs like that ... With as cast heads to boot lol

Yes we did. The monster wheelies hurt it. The mid plate bent 3.5" when it came down. The block has a crack between the pan rail and main on the passenger side where the support was and it hit the ground.

Trans will be here tomorrow jack. How much are we locking in for when it runs a 4 second pass?
Any bonus if it's before Christmas? And how about another bonus if it's a mid 4.80?

I would have pulled that Chevy, melted it down for scrap and installed a Pontiac.

YBN is a great place to race, you are up against some of the best in the country also Shakedown is at VMP, a bunch of you guys should try to make it to one of those races and see how you do.

Do I myself believe a as cast CV heads and intake got a car that was not a surfboard with 4 wheels and a engine in the 7s, with a stock block no less............
sure. I will buy that.

In other news, I just turned down Jennifer Lawrence for a dinner date last nite. Not age appropriate so Elizabeth Hurley showed up in her place.
Had a few beers with the Easter Bunny.
Got stoned with Ronald McDonald last nite. He was fun but that Hamburgler guy was a red neck. Who would have thought ?
And I got a hankering for some Dungeness Crab. Its the season around here. So since the earth is flat I am just waiting for all the water to run off the edge. You know, so I can just walk out there and pick them up.

Not sure what area your in or if you have friends in Florida but I will be out at Bradenton testing again sometime in the next week.

I have a stock as cast Cv1 low rise intake on my car. The car is 3420 lbs all steel stock dash stock floors and trunk
It went 5.0 on the third pass with a broken trans
The trans in now fixed and we will be going out again. I expect a low 4.90 to a high 4.80 maybe even mid 4.80s

Do the math if you like but even the 5.0 is a 7second pass

Come and watch it for yourself or send a friend if you like.
And if you like come and watch a tiger motor go low 79s the following week
